Chicken Taco Casserole


This bird taco casserole is simply too wealthy and delicious to be so healthful!


  • 2 C. Cooked Chicken or Chicken Substitute (like Gardein)

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper

  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning + 1/4 C. Water

  • 1 C. Low-Fat Tortilla Chips, crushed and divided

  • 1 C. Nonfat Sour Cream

  • 1 C. Shredded Monterey Jack

  • 1 C. Salsa

  • 1/2 Can Black Beans


  1. Preheat oven to 350 stages

  2. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with half of of the chips.

  4. Saute the delicious veggies, beans, and hen with the taco powder and water, creating a sauce.

  5. Stir together cooked veggie combination with salsa.

  6. unfold that aggregate over your tortilla chips.

  7. Repeat this system, so you’ll have  identical layers.

  8. add sour cream, pinnacle with cheese, and garnish with cilantro.

  9. Bake at 350  levels F for about 20 mins.

  10. Serve and revel in!
