Buffalo Chicken Rolls


i used to be craving a buffalo hen dish, reason allow’s be honest while am I not craving it 😉 I wanted to keep it easy and some thing I ought to whip up fast as I did not have a whole lot of time to be spending in the kitchen.. properly these buffalo chook rolls did no longer disappoint, delicious and filling! They took me approximately 10 minutes to put together and pa in the oven.. these rolls are top notch spicy and not for those who can’t handle the warmth 😉 serves four at four freestyle smart points consistent with serving, that is 2 rolls :).


  • 4- 7oz boneless skinless chicken breast (raw)

  • 3 oz softened light cream cheese

  • 1.5 Tbsp Franks hot sauce

  • 1.5 Tbsp light ranch dressing

  • ⅓ cup reduced fat shredded 3 cheese blend

  • ⅓ cup bread crumbs

  • Franks sauce for coating the chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray a 9x9 dish with some cooking spray.

  2. cut every chicken breast open in half.

  3. In a bowl mix your softened cream cheese, ranch, franks and shredded cheese.

  4. Brush your chook with franks sauce after which unfold cheese aggregate on, approximately 1 Tbsp in line with roll.

  5. Roll up hen and dip in bread crumbs ensuring you cover all areas, seal closed with a toothpick. a few cheese aggregate can also try to come out the ends, its all true just try to keep it inside the first-class you can.

  6. Lay out rolls to your dish and bake for 40 minutes.

  7. Makes eight rolls and serves four (2 rolls in line with serving)
